Gallery of Music and Communities Conference #4
Our fourth conference brought under the spotlight the world of online radio stations. We have discussed with Orphew de Jong, Co-Founder of Red Light Radio and David O’Donnell, creative producer, former managing director of Worldwide Fm about the beginnings of online radios, how a station is managed, the projects such a platform can develop and the value they add to the music communities around them.
The conference happened on the 27th of March 2018 at Expirat Club, in Bucharest.

This is a transcontinental affair as the project’s members met and played together in the United States but the band was officially formed in London. Their African country name evokes the anti-colonial struggle, symbolizing a contested space where violence, racism, resistance and religion commingle.
